1ST PATENT GRANTED

The first of several pending TCZ patents is granted. It covers important concepts embodied in TCZ's thin beam LTPS processing technology enabling the manufacture of poly silicon TFT back panels of high electron mobility and low surface roughness for AMLCD and AMOLED flat panel displays at high throughput and yield, and without the need for stitching.
