DR. MARKUS WEBER JOINS TCZ AS VP ENGINEERING

Dr. Markus Weber joins TCZ as VP Engineering, adding valuable experience in managing complex high tech product development projects. Previously, Weber served as Project Manager at Carl Zeiss SMT AG, developing the company's advanced technology illumination system for 193nm immersion lithography applications and, formerly, metrology systems for qualifying state of the art lenses for lithography tools. In his newly created function at TCZ, Weber will be responsible for managing the joint development activities and -teams of Cymer Inc., Carl Zeiss SMT AG and TCZ.
