DR. DAVID KNOWLES APPOINTED AS TCZ'S NEW PRESIDENT & CEO

Dr. David Knowles is appointed as TCZ's new President & CEO after serving TCZ as VP Marketing & Application since the company's formation in July 2005. Since 1997, Knowles has assumed various senior management responsibilities at Cymer Inc., including VP Marketing of Cymer's Emerging Technology & Applications Business Unit, and VP Engineering. Before joining Cymer, Knowles held research positions with Naval Research & Development, and Maquarie University in Sidney, Australia.
