Executive Biography

Dr. Markus Weber joined TCZ as VP Engineering in May, 2007. Since July 2002, Weber served as Project Manager at Carl Zeiss SMT AG, developing the company's illumination system for 193nm immersion lithography applications and, formerly, metrology systems for qualifying state of the art lenses for lithography tools. He holds Master's and PhD Degrees in Physics from Universities of Karlsruhe and Ulm, Germany.
