LTPS ENGINEER
SUMMARY:
This position, based in Singapore, supports the manufacturing of TCZ's sophisticated Laser Crystallization products for the Flat Panel Display market. The candidate will work in partnership with multiple outside suppliers regarding product development, manufacturing, system integration, safety and documentation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Support the technical Research & Development Program, including design and execution of experiments to improve the crystallization process.
- Develop and execute detailed experimental plans, analyze data, and document conclusions.
- Support the operation of a demonstration lab to be located at TCZ Headquarters in Singapore. This will involve conducting experiments to characterize the performance of the TCZ 900X tool, as well as maintaining the laboratory.
- Support technical dialogs with display customers and key suppliers.

- BS in relative Science or Engineering Discipline and two (2) years of experience in a related field.

- Experience with outsourcing and managing outside suppliers.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Korean, Japanese, Mandarin or German is helpful.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Mathematical training and ability with advanced engineering mathematics consistent with the level of experience and training described above.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
