TCZ strives to provide unsurpassed applications support, and maintains a dedicated engineering team and infrastructure to demonstrate and optimize our Thin Beam LTPS Processing Technology. With tens of years of experience in the high tech capital equipment and flat panel display industries, the team includes highly experienced specialists in the fields of laser technology, fine mechanics & optics, and LTPS processing for both LCD- and OLED applications.
With more than 4500 sqft of class 1000 clean room, TCZ's System Integration- and Demonstration center is co-located with Carl Zeiss SMT AG in Oberkochen, Germany, where the optical engine and motion system of the Gen4 TCZ900X high volume Thin Beam LTPS Processing system are manufactured. Carl Zeiss SMT AG's infrastructure also provides direct access to state of the art material characterization and metrology systems including scanning electron and atomic force microscopy.
The Process R&D- and Demonstration Center of more than 3000 sqft class 1000 clean room floor space is located at TCZ's headquarters in Singapore. R&D activities and demonstrations of TCZ's patented, highly flexible Thin Beam LTPS Processing Technology are performed on the TCZ400X Gen2 demo system. Close cooperation with various local R&D Institutes allows for state of the art characterization of the produced LTPS material with shortest turn around times.
